How to return a product
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase provided that the products are intact and the packaging is not destroyed. Unless the products have a defect, the return shipping costs are covered by the customer. If the above conditions are not satisfied, returns will not be accepted. Please note, that return of a defective product is subject to verification and confirmation of the defect by the official dealer or manufacturer.

Faulty or wrong products
If goods are defective or have become defective within their warranty period, please contact us with details of the fault. We will contact you to ensure that your products are returned to us for repair – or will offer you the possibility of their replacement if repair is not possible.
